Working Procedure
Pre-assembly is the key working proce-dure to determine the final quality of the stairs product. Paying attention to every detail - even a tiny error, which is the fo-undation for YIXIU to win the customer-s. “The marvelous jade article comes from delicate carving”, our carving technicians with many years' experience follow this old saying and engrave his dreams on each article. Finishing polishing for each part ensu-res the final product slick and shiny.
After eight times spray-painting, here goes the perfect product.

Besides environmental protection of the product, YIXIU also pays attention to the harmony between people and the natu-re, 800M2 professional painting works-hops and several water curtain machin-es are employed to guarantee both the quality of painting and the health of our workers.

The quality of installation plays an imp-ortant role for the quality of the stairs.O-ur YIXIU installation team is all selected from the excellent workers and will gua-rantee the quality of installation.
Quality is determined by Details
After years' of innovation, YIXIU Stairs establishes its own characteristics from the point of safety, comfort and presentability.

Handrail connection adopts built-in me-tal connecting parts which are both safe and presentable.

Specially-designed fillet is applied bet-ween the handrail and the wall to guar-antee the fastness of the connecting parts and the integrity of the appearan-ce. Inlaid structure is applied on the conn-ecting parts between the handrail and the newel, which makes the installation and maintenance quite convenient and efficient.
Double-toothed screws are applied on the connecting part between the newel and the floor to guarantee the fastness of the strained point, but not to impact on the entire presentability of the stairs. Skid-proof trough is applied for each tread which sufficiently exhibits the humanization of the technological de-sign. Specially-designed washboard is app-lied to make the installation more con-venient and the whole stairs look pres-entable.

Production Standard of YIXIU Stairs

Since there is not any relevant national standard for stairs production, design and installation in China, YIXIU has established the stairs production standard from years of production experiences, referring to the knowledge of mechanics, engineering, ergonomics, material science, integrating with the national architectural structure and style.

A. Engineering Standard
a) Measurement of space and height
b) Analysis on individual figure of each family member
c) Reference to the decoration style

B. Manufacturing Standard
a) Tread: thickness—40mm, width between 200 to 260mm
b) Pillar: Straight stairs—160mm(w)*50mm(t)

C. Environmental Protection Standard
a) Paint: Discharge of formaldehyde shall meet requirement of European E1 Standard.
b) Glue: Discharge of formaldehyde shall meet requirement of European E1 Standard.
c) Environmental Protection Test shall adopt the standard of desiccator.
